I placed an order that arrived late and was completely wrong. When I called the store, she insisted that the delivery person had left a long time ago. By the time the food finally arrived, it was inedible. I called again to explain the situation, but they told me it was too late for a refund since I had already paid. I've always had a great experience at Plaza Cafe. Their delivery is consistently on time, often arriving even earlier than expected. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the prices are quite fair. While the phone service is decent, be prepared for some hold time as they serve many business offices. For anyone in the Roslyn or Port Washington area, I recommend exploring other dining options. Dealing with her can lead to nothing but frustration and disappointment. Instead, consider ordering from IHOP on Uber Eats, where you won't have to encounter the erratic and unreasonable behavior I've experienced at Plaza Cafe. Additionally, the food quality has declined; it's evident that she has lost customers due to her inability to manage herself. This place is definitely a hidden gem. Jenny is always a delight to talk to. My co-workers and I order from here every day, and the food is consistently good and fairly priced. I'm surprised to see negative reviews, as I've never experienced any issues in over a year of ordering from here. Even when there have been occasional miscommunications with our group orders, they are always quick to resolve any issues. In addition to this restaurant, I also recommend Toskana, another restaurant they operate.

I have been ordering from Plaza for the last two years, and the food is consistently excellent. I've never received a dish I didn't enjoy, and I'm quite particular! Jenny, who usually takes my calls, is incredibly efficient. I can give her multiple customized orders, and they always arrive accurate. The delivery is prompt, and their prices are much lower than those of other local restaurants. My whole office is very satisfied with Plaza.
Jenny is an absolute gem! She always greets us with enthusiasm and is more than willing to assist with any irritating questions we might have. You truly feel like a member of the family here. Her husband lends a helping hand as well, and he’s fantastic too! The food is amazing, and they clearly take great pride in it!
I discovered a cooked cockroach in my meal! When I called to express my concerns, the woman on the phone claimed they don't have a problem with cockroaches. I pointed out that it was evident they do! She was completely unapologetic. This restaurant is disgusting. I almost had to make myself vomit!
They're simply amazing, always get or orders correct and the lady who takes are order is ALWAYS so sweet, definitely recommend ! I usually get the shrimp w/ rice and veggies , super DELECTABLE !

Pleasantly surprised with this solid breakfast place. Too bad it's located in an office building but hey you get free outside and underground parking!
