Where should I start? The dim interior lighting made the restaurant seem closed, even though it was during regular operating hours. When I tried the door, I noticed two front-of-house employees crouched out of sight, which only added to the closed-off vibe. To top it off, they were out of avocado, onions, cucumbers, and other items—there's a Ralphs right across the street! The staff didn't seem to care at all about the lack of ingredients. I visit this place pretty regularly, and it’s really disappointing to see the staff seemingly undermining the restaurant. I'm hoping for a better experience next time.
Usually have a good experience here but today was the worse and probably won't come back. I've always come here after school for about a month. So today I saw the prices were higher which is normal , inflation etc. I've never gotten their poki burritos before but I have had it before. Instead of a seaweed wrap/soy wrap like on their promo sign. Mine was Wrapped in an actual TORTILLA. It's weird but I decided to try it anyway. It's just NO Disgusting. I even pulled out a few bones from the salmon I'm assuming. I don't think I want to come back now. I'm sad to let this place go.
2 people handling making the orders and register. It took 30 mins from getting in line to getting my order at 12 pm on a weekday. I walked in wanting to get a bowl with tuna, but I changed my mind when I got to the counter. A majority of the tuna was brown in color. Either it wasn't fresh or it was freezer burned. Prices don't really make sense. $12.99 for 2 scoops. $13.99 for 3 scoops. So that suggests 1 additional scoop is $1 more. But it's not. 5 scoops cost $16.99, not $15.99.
Absolutely the best poke I've ever had! I adore this place! It's my go-to spot for a healthy meal. The food is truly delicious; I usually order two scoops with shrimp and salmon, topped with a mild sauce and all of my favorite toppings. It's simply perfection! Every staff member I've met has been incredibly friendly and generous. For the price, you get a generous bowl filled with fresh ingredients! I really hope they never change and receive all the business they truly deserve!

Never going to this place again! The tuna was not fresh but I didn't notice till I got home and started eating it. It actually smelled funky lol I was shocked and just stopped eating. I've never left a bad or good review on any place I've eaten but I feel like this place is dangerous for your health which is ironic since it's supposed to be hella healthy
The service was quite slow. By lunchtime, most of the toppings were already gone. After waiting 20 minutes for my bowl to be prepared, I was informed that they were only accepting cash that day, and I didn’t have any on me. This ended up wasting most of my lunch hour.
Ordered two Poki bowls with a side. Only gave the driver one meal and left out most of the order! Be careful ordering on postmates the my will F up your order! Terrible restaurant.
Don't order from here in Uber Eats. Don't even know if they read the order. Each dish I order was mixed up and incorrect. Items/ingredients were missing.

Been in the toilet for 3days because this ! ! They don't even wear gloves, when they scoop your food.
One of the best poke restaurants in the area. Fast service and quality, fresh ingredients.
