Excellent meal with an incredible price ratio. Formula 3 very good dishes: simple local products but well made with taste and surprising associations. It's a real cooking job. I don't have pears, but I liked the sublimated chief entrance. The children are regaled with the adult menu. Bravo to the chief. It's a shame we don't have time to eat six. There may be a range of intermediate menus for choices or à la carte.
