Pollo A La Brasa Don Alex

This is a small place, the food is good, the only problem is that you order to go and pick up food, and they said 20 minutes and still you are there and the food is not ready. Yesterday I ordered a simple Rotisserie chicken and I wait more than half an hour, although I called before, I left for 1 hour. I should be able to cook and eat it at home without stress. BAD SERVICE! MEANWILE I wait, a lady complained about her order, she ordered two orders of rice and beans with chicken, but she only got one. Even she paid, the cashier said that they did not reembolate like the money on their credit card. This is terrible because you never know how hard people work to pay for dinner and leave the money in the restaurant because the cashier does not have the skills to do the right decision. Very sad.

Great food, reasonable prices. When the storm hit in March, they were open that night, everything was closed, not them. It was great. Always go, every chance I get. We have the Talarin de mariscos a Ceviche Mixto. Super delicious, can't say enough.

For almost 20 years here! Great food and I never disappointed. For these tiny 1 stars... it goes home and try to see your own chicken as it works for you. = P
