I have visited this restaurant twice in my life—once about ten years ago and again this week. Get ready for a feast, as the portion sizes are enormous! The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get, which makes it worth it. Our server was incredibly helpful. I ordered the Bandeja Típica, which included steak, pork belly, rice, beans, plantains, and arepas. Everything was delicious! I also tried a lulo drink (forgive me if the spelling is off), which was refreshing and satisfying. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
This is a happy spot, don’t expect anything fancy, you come in for Spanish food and good drinks. Service here a hit or miss. Sometimes the server forgets that they have a table but then they see you and run to you. It has happen to me more than twice. It wasn’t busy. The food was decent, but the portions were smaller than we're accustomed to. Our waiter appeared frustrated or upset from the moment we were seated and never returned to check on us after we received our meals. However, another staff member was helpful when we requested green sauce and a to-go container.
Been a couple times and the last time my food came quick and looked nice but it was cold. Not made to order
