We had a great family birthday celebration at Pope 's. Service was friendly and timely and food was delicious as usual. We ranged in age from 8 to 80 and everyone was delighted with their meal! An amazing veal chop with chanterelles was the highlight and order envy dish of the night.
Salad portions small take that into consideration when ordering. Filet was small very thin and as a result tough wouldn't order it again. The deal and hit of the night were the fried oysters ordering them during happy hour they were $1 each and delightful.
Amazing little gem in the Eastern Shore. We shared the baked oysters and they were excellent. Dinner was amazing too! Will definitely go back. Service was nice and friendly and knowledable with the menu. -Gretchen

We started with a caesar salad. I had the duck breast and my husband had the steak frites. Everything was delicious!!!
Busy Waterfowl Festival evening. Service and food was great as expected with a real neighborhood feel in the bar
