I decided a couple weeks ago to give Popeye’s a shot since I’ve never had it before. My 2 year old son wanted some chicken nuggets and fries so since we were right by there picking up a Target order, I was like well, why not? From the moment I looked at the menu that was taking the order was very nice, answered my questions I had and him and I were throwing jokes at each other too. While it's true that prices are rising everywhere, this restaurant seems to be taking it to a whole new level. I couldn't believe it when I found out that a meal for one person cost over $17 for a number three at Popeyes. What really shocked me, though, was when I asked for Buffalo hot sauce and the owner charged me 86 cents for a single packet, showing no remorse whatsoever! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he casually told me that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to return. This blatant greed is truly off-putting. I’ve gone to this location a handful of times over the year. Very rarely has the food been fresh. and when it is it’s always amazing. sadly they forget utensils almost every time. i’ve adapted dipping my sandwich in mashed potatoes. the lobby has been closed for a long time. not wheelchair accessible. always out of something on the menu. staff is hard to understand and miss communicate. feels rushed. to top it off they use the heat lamps for way too long. basic fresh food is not hard to do considering how busy this location can be at peak time. drop some fresh chicken for once. don’t even bother asking for fresh food either, they won’t accommodate. shame to spend money here most the time.

Ordered via drive thru, chicken classic sandwich combo, I kid you not, I thought it was a joke, my chicken looked like 2 McNuggets on a big bun, meat didn’t make it to the sides, and no receipt. I tried for an hour and again the next day, no one will answer the phone, I contacted corporate to get a refund, even sent them pics of the sandwich. Waiting for a follow up response. Update, got a response back from corporate, refunded my money, the rep was amazed at the lack of chicken on my sandwich via the pics I sent. Corporate was going to contact the owner of this Popeye’s, good luck. This restaurant is a joke
Why are the doors still locked? I watched a man in a wheelchair attempt to enter and order food and they made him go to the drive thru. Unsatisfactory customer service. Went to order some baskets (chicken, side, drink) but I didn't want a drink as I had some at home, so when I told them I didn't want a drink they told me I HAD to get a drink. Which I said no I don't, so they argued with me saying they can't not give me a drink. So I got a drink that I didn't want or need. Just overall rude owners/workers. I will no longer be a customer at this location.
My experience was similar to others. I paid for a complete meal that included chicken, a side, and biscuits, and I also added some pies. However, my order was incomplete. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times—nine times in total—but no one answered the business line. They also don’t provide a receipt for the purchase. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks!
I swear they're just passing off their regular fried chicken as their spicy. There is absolutely NOTHING spicy about it anymore. And why do they still have chocolate benets on the menu? They haven't had any in like two years. Just take it off the damned menu. The blackened chicken sandwich is good though, and the sweet tea.

I love Popeyes but you can tell most of the food has been sitting in the warmer for quite some time. If you get here right away in the morning, the food is banging. If you get here anything later than that more towards the late afternoon or evening, it's more than likely going to be old
My brother enjoyed the mac and cheese and especially loved the potatoes and gravy. As for the spicy chicken wings I ordered, they didn't stand out to me.
