We just got out of this store! We placed our order and the girl working there rejected giving us the spicy sauce on the side! Which is our goto order(we always pay extra for the sauce always) but this Lady refused to do that completely and she’s training a new employee! what a way to teach the new employee how to be sour to the paying customers! You guys Definitely need to teach your employees to be respectful towards customers who aren’t asking for free stuff but are actually paying for it! Recommend you guys to offer customer service module Training for her!! Thank you!

I just now ordered from Popeyes online and picked up my food. I ordered an 8 piece family meal with white and dark meat. When I got home I had no white meat 4 wings which I don’t consider meat and legs and a couple of thighs. It was so over cooked you couldn’t chew it and so greasy that it would turn your stomach. The service was a grunt and a P.O expression when I said something was missing. And she acted like she was doing me a favour. $36 in the garbage. What a shame or might I say a sham. The worst chicken I’ve ever had. It didn’t even deserve a one star.

It was really good location for me to eat fried spicy chicken. Very nice staff and location too. I went there many times this location but for last i was really impressed with food and management. I heard Manager is changed now so there improving service and food Quality. At the end i was really good time with friends to spend your valuable money at right location with tasty food. I loveeee spicy chicken sandwich.

Staff was amazing, the young lady was very attentive thing order.I asked for hot, blackened, ghost pepper sandwich.Did I mention it was hot, followed by a really hot dip, which made it hotterJust the way I like itParking: A lot of spots in the plazaWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots, business was wheelchair accessible

Came here at 9:40 pm, the store closes at 10pm as per the print out outside the door and google. There were still serving. The person says they don’t take any new orders! We close at 9:45. Then write 9.45 pm as your time! NOT 10:00 pm!!!!!
