I went to the drive-through, gave them my order and began waiting in line after I paid approximately five minutes later, a lady came to the window and Stated” I don’t know if anybody told you, but there is a wait” So I asked her how long of a wait and she didn’t know after she asked they said 25 minutes! I told her That I would’ve appreciated if Somebody could have told me because I couldn’t wait 25 minutes. I went inside and asked for a refund however, they wanted to give me other chicken like chicken tenders. I told them no I don’t want it anymore and I want a refund. Service is terrible no English speakers at all, guacamole speakers only, snotty attitudes they Don't pay attention slow service stale biscuits I see why people just throw trash in their parking lot, worst Popeyes in that
