Would like to rate higher but unfortunately the service and quality control is lacking. Several errors on orders, almost to the point of normalcy. Staff is curt and only somewhat friendly. Frequently lacks items from cups to food. When they are having a good day, food and service are excellent. But it seems they are having more bad days than good lately. Management might need a refresher. Hopefully they can get things back on track.Parking: Being in a complex, parking is limited and can be tight. But drive thru is spacious and easy to maneuver through, even for a pickup truck.

Too long to wait… every time ??‍ Firstly, the app never works. So deals are not accessible. Points etc. Very frustrating. The drive thru is a Time Machine, basically placing you behind every single person. I idled shut off car over over. Trapped. Brutal! Did I like my regular chicken burger meal? Why yes! However the side of pickles, one pack of Mayo, and my correct drink were absent. So… if you’ve time on a 3 pm time, go in and you’ll get nice chicken lovely service at counter. No time? Go home make your own Lol! ???

Ordered two piece combo, for my daughter. This one came with the breast and a wing. She cut the wing in half ate a piece and said it tasted funny her exact word (fishy) I checked the other half of the wing it smelled funny and was brown.I'm assuming that blood got into the meat and might be responsible for the odd smell and taste. The rest of the breast was fine and the wing was not attached to the breast.We live too far to return.Our experience is usually positive this is a first.

I have written hundreds of Google Map reviews, and in all that time, I don 't recall giving the food in an eatery one star. I guess there is a first time for everything, as the Mac and Cheese I ordered here was dreadful. It was watery and tasteless, making it uneatable. The only reason my overall rating is not one star is because the server at the counter was friendly and efficient, while the Cajun fries that I also got were meh but at least OK to eat.

Very greasy to the point I stopped enjoying my sandwich mid-way. That said, the chicken was very juicy and delicious. Given that greasy is a needed characteristic of juicy fried chicken, if you can handle that it's terrific.

Scana sat on her phone with airpods in while I stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes waiting to order, she occasionally looked up at me and then went straight back to her phone. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Told me the drive through system wasn't working after 20 minutes in the drive through and that I would have to come inside when I got inside the people behind me in the drivethrough were served 20 minutes before I was

The fried chicken tasted to much of vinegar. The restaurant is trying to minimize loss, we understand, but they sacrificed customer service a great deal. Not for us.
