Sad to say, not happy with my experience. Used the drive thru and order just a dog w/out mustard. When it arrived, bun was soggy and apparently someone in front of me must have ordered mustard because I had that on my bun. Experience has really declined to point where I will find something else to eat. We were here 11/18/23 7pm. There is a manager here that really must hate her job. Slamming stuff on trays. Very frumpy lady. When she calls numbers out she SCREAMS and I mean SCREAMS into the microphone. People in the restaurant were making fun of her and laughing at her. No the person to have in a management position!!! I live in Florida and have been craving Chicago style hot dogs for a while so I had to come and enjoy some during my visit The food was ok.

This isn't the best Portillo's I've visited, but the service wasn't too bad this particular dayI love the food at Portillo's.
