We can't sing the praises highly enough of Jess their events coordinator, or of Tony the owner. They're always so lovely, accomodating and wonderful towards us and all of their clients Each time we’ve performed at QPO, you can see the care and attention to detail focused onto the client and their guests. Our daughter and new son-in-law held their wedding reception at QPO on Saturday night, and it was an incredible experience! The venue, food, and service were all outstanding and impeccable. The function room was beautiful, the meals were delicious, and the waitstaff were attentive and professional. We received numerous positive comments from guests, many of whom work in the travel and hospitality industry! We highly recommend this venue! Thank you once again, QPO!
We celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday last Saturday night in the Q room, and it was fantastic! A huge thank you to the staff at QPO – your communication and service were impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for you, and you ensured our event ran smoothly while making the room look stunning.
I had an excellent dining experience with a wide range of delicious dishes. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, creating a very enjoyable atmosphere. If I find myself in Kew again, I will certainly return for another meal. Best, Nick.

The eye fillet was fresh, but unfortunately, the scotch fillet had an unpleasant taste. When I brought it up, they said it was normal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.
Hosted my 21st in QPO's beautiful Q Room last night. Staff were amazing, the room was beautiful and the food was fantastic! Would definitely recommend for a function!
Great menu and excellent service. In my view the 'Paella ' and the 'sticky date pudding ' are outstanding. I will be going back again and again.
