Potbelly - Reservar una mesa

Once I got the sandwich it was pretty good, but they were *out* of a lot of important items like Bacon, Tomatoes, all the soups, all the shakes, the only chips available were spicy ones, 80% of the fountain drinks were unavailable? it was a disaster. They don?t even apologize, they just rudely interrupt you and say, ?no tomato?. The food was good once I got it though (hence 2 star) ?but very poor customer experience.

Potbelly's was all right. I would stop in again if my gate was near but I do not think I would seek it out. Sandwich was pretty good and I got it quickly. I ordered the wreck with everything on it. It was a bit of a mess to eat, but I guess that is sort of the idea. Food tasted good and everything seemed fresh. No real complaints, but not my favorite sandwich place.

I wanted to like this place but the sandwiches were just alright and the staff was SO RUDE. After people get off their long flights they don?t wanna deal with your nasty attitudes! I understand having a rough day.. but they were like exceptionally rude to every customer i saw them deal with. And it wasn?t even busy.. they were also out of a lot of their toppings.

My sandwich tasted okay despite the missing topping I asked for. My problem was the price menu shows a price and you get charge completely a higher price... My sandwich was priced $12.99 and was charged $15.27..... I understand prices are higher now but should be as posted..

They don?t listen to you. THEY DONT LISTEN when you tell them what you want. They put every topping they had on my sandwich when I asked for only a few. It basically tasted like a mustard only sandwich. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE while you?re in this airport!
