Usually love Potbelly's but this location is one of the worst. Had to correct the bread multiple times, they forgot my salad u til I was ready to check out, then I get home and find out my sandwich is the wrong bread and has toppings I didn't ask for on it.Everyone behind the counter was more worried about their own conversations vs the customers. A woman ahead of me was standing there at least 3 minutes waiting for them to notice her.
I visited this establishment on the 28th of December. During the evening. My wife was disrespected by the server. I asked to speak to the manager and he was no help either. It is a way to conduct customer service and they were very unprofessional The service was horrible the manager and the server needs customer service training. When do you tell the customer quote: I AINT READY FOR YOU YET) and said it with an attitude.
The food and service at Potbelly's are consistently excellent, and I really enjoy the ambiance at this location. The dishes always taste fresh, and there's something on the menu for everyone, including cookies!

The avo turkey and broccoli cheddar soup was fantastic! Great location for our conference at the Gaylord.
Food was very good. Service was hard to hear, and very cold(not friendly). Find a smile and get 5 stars.
Took forever to get through the line. 8 mins or less no way, probably like 20-30 minutes. Awful.
