Prego - Reserva de mesa

This was our first visit to Prego and it will most certainly not be the last. Prego seems to have a rather low profile as we have failed to register that this gem of an Italian restaurant has been here for 7 years.Prego has to be in the top ten fine dining restaurants in Perth and for value for money it has no equal.The genuine friendly welcome on arrival and the enthusiasm of all the well trained service staff is noticeable. Well done to manager Chris for running the place so well.We opted for the degustation menu as this was a first visit and every single component was "squisito" (delicious). Even the dessert selection was spot on with an excellent panacotta.We brought our own BYO wine but...

Have been to this very pleasant Restaurant several times now, and returned again this week to introduce our Friends to what we had discovered.They loved the friendly greeting at the door and our smiling Waitress with the delightful accent so were eagerly awaiting the experience of the food.No disappointments here. Like us they were won over with the first mouthful .The Owner and Chef certainly knows how to bring out the flavours in each morsal of food we had. Thank you Josef.Menu was well thought out and something there for the fussiest of eaters.They and us will definitely be returning to what has now become our favourite "Local".

I visited with my family and we all absolutely fell in love with the food. By far the best restaurant we have ever been to in Perth. Every single dish was excellent and the waiter was the loveliest person ever. The meat was cooked perfectly and the lamb, duck and beef was to die for. The gnocchi I ordered was better than any gnocchi I tasted throughout the whole of Italy. In all honesty, this restaurant beats every single place i visited during my stay in Italy.

I took my boyfriend here for a romantic dinner for his birthday. The staff were very friendly; the service was quick; and the food is amazing. We had the set menu. I particularly recommend the gamberi/prawn and the calamari entrees, the duck and the beef, couscous and the dessert was very nice also (panacotta and a brownie portion). I'd heard about this restaurant and the reviews sounded good so I decided to give it a try.On the whole the staff were friendly and welcoming and everyone there seemed to be enjoying themselves. The starters were great but I was bowled over by the wood fired oven duck dish.I can honestly say that that duck was the best that I have ever tasted.In this case, falling off the bone and melt in your mouth is not a cliche

Took my family here for dinner, and whilst there were complications in the booking, the waiter and chef was quick to rectify the problem. The authenticity and flavour of the food was lucid in every bit but customer service I must admit was nothing but the finest in Perth. Highly recommend the set menu, well worth your buck!

Had a five course set menu that was put on for our wine club (we brought our own wines and paid corkage). Food and service were excellent. Beautifully presented plates - loved the field mushroom. Friendly proprietor who is obviously passionate about good food and wine.

One of the best dining experiences I have had. Went to Prego with a group of six on a Wednesday night. The food is amazing and the service makes you feel at home. Well priced for the quality you get. Huge wine list if you are a vino fan Reserva una mesa ahora

First time in Prego and won't be the last. The entree scallops was melting in my mouth and the tortellini truffle was from another world.Fish and Duck to die for thanks Prego! My client was really impressed.

We had lunch there were only a couple of other tables occupied The waitress was very friendly and efficient the food was excellent we had the Degustation menu very enjoyable
