Premier Inn Farnborough Town Centre

We were travelling down from Scotland to visit Legoland for the weekend and wanted somewhere nearby to stay. Farnborough Town Centre came up first on the app and had everything we needed. Staff at check in are really friendly willing to go above and beyond to help. Rooms are clean, tidy with the new look of Premier Inn, A/C is ice cold, perfect for the hot and stuffy nights and the location is ideal with no loud noises from pubs/transport. Only thing is, no onsite parking but there are two carparks nearby that you can pay to park in and equals to about £6 per night. One of the worst premier inn I have ever stayed. I stayed there in December 2022, Every rooms was having either some issue with Bathroom or the room. I changed 3 rooms during my 10 days stay. But finally after I came to 3rd room I decided not to change as all rooms have some issue. The internet never worked there. When i asked the staff they said that they cant help. I complained to their customer service executives via phone call, they also just registered complaint and did nothing. The internet was down all the 10 days I stayed there. The staff was very bad at communication. The beef eater staff as well downside was very bad . I will never recommend this place to anyone. As it was a nightm...

Was in Room 208 checked in 14 Nov and checked out 0n 15 Nov 2022. I requested to extend my stay for a fee as I was waiting for daughter doing entrance at Wellington College. The receptionist rudely rejected the request and as I prepared to leave at 1209hrs she camped at my do banging it non-stop. I told her I was leaving shortly after dressing up and she would have none of it until I opened the door half naked and she continued to harrass me to leave. Treating customers like animals is unacceptable. I have travelled the world over and have never been treated like that.

Ventilation fan from restaurant is very loud and causes some rooms to vibrate. I had to ask for it to be turned off at 9.50 pm and it took about 30 minutes for it to stop. It started again at 5.48 am. Persistent noise between 11 pm and 7 am is considered anti social. Staff are aware of this but still put guests in here and blame head office when challenged Rooms are unfit for purpose, avoid

Great customer service, good location in the town center and very close to the main train station. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and good services offered.
