Premier Inn Newport Wales (m4, J24)

Amazing staff, good facilities, clean and comfortable rooms a tad on the warm side, but there is a fan in the room. Usual Premier Inn facilities available (24hr reception, unlimited tea and coffee consumables, room service available, vending machine etc). Plenty of parking and ideal location for Newport and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here here again Food drinks: Beefeater onsite with great food. McDonald's also next door and a Costa coffee on the opposite side of the road. 24hr vending machine in reception too along with unlimited tea/ coffee for your room Noteworthy details: Make sure you register your number plate to avoid a PCN

Easy to get to location, friendly staff and a nice night's sleep. Room was nice other than the stains on the sofa area. Rooms: Nice room, bed very comfy. Could have done with more tea and coffer in the rooms but reception supplied more. There doesn't appear to be working air conditioning or heating in the rooms. There was a fan and a small heater though and it wasn't that cold either even though it was a cold night Food drinks: Next door beefeater was very nice. Good service and food

Absolutely diabolical, trying to get through to this place on the phone, yes I can understand that reception can be busy. However, to keep you hanging on for ages after countless phone calls is out of order. Service: 1 Location: 5

The room was clean and tidy. The service at reception was good but the restaurant was slow. Not the best location for my needs Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3

Ok. For a work nite. They would need to get there cleaning better. It has a Oder of damp and not great value
