Waited a while to be noticed and seated. Waited a while to order my drink. Waited a while for the drink (blood orange lemomade). Ordered a chicken burger and truffle fries, waited about 30 mins for this to come and when it did it was cold. The burger was luke warm and soggy, the chips were hard and cold, the food had obviously been sitting there for some time. I was really hungry, so I ate the food and (nice big portion of chicken, but soggy bun and cold) and I couldn't wait to get bill. I would have sent it back, but I just wanted to eat and get out. My family and I sat down for a birthday meal at this restaurant, only to be seated next to a table with two screaming babies in high chairs. It was clear that they were very tired at such a late hour. It turns out that the babies belonged to a staff member, who was constantly tending to them while feeding them food from the restaurant. After waiting for one hour for our starter, which was mediocre at best, we waited another 45 minutes before deciding to leave. When we informed the staff at the till area that we would not wait any longer for our main course, they apologized and explained that there were staffing issues. We had booked a party of 13 for dinner and a 50th birthday celebration with cake. The booking was cancelled by the restaurant on the afternoon of the booking, citing staffing problems. Fortunately we were able to find another restaurant, which went out of the way to make up for the disappointment and anguish caused.
The meal was just okay, but the service was awful! We waited an hour for our appetizers and then another hour for our main course. The people sitting nearby were also not pleased. We only ended up at this restaurant because everywhere else was fully booked...now we understand why they had available tables!

I treated my niece and her 2 children to lunch on Monday, we all had a fabulous time, the atmosphere was great, and the staff Connor and Salah were brilliant, extremely helpful and polite. The food was gorgeous, all of us really enjoyed everything. Thank you so much, I really recommend this Prezzo.
Waitress was lovely. However food was some of the worst I’ve eaten. Arancini balls coming out stuck together from the fryer. Pizza hardly cooked and cold. Wine ok beer flat and warm. Not the best to say the least Please sort it out. Won’t be back
We came to prezzo twice in July, and just wanted to make sure we wrote a review about our servers the first time was Tony and the second time was Chris both really attentive to us and couldn’t ask for better servers. Thankyou!
Service absolutely disgusting, never been to a restaurant were everyone was complaining about the time it took to get there food ,in the end we and several others walked out.
