I really enjoyed my experience at PRHYME, from the food and the atmosphere, to the service, everything was right in place. People who are complaining about the price? Yes, it is pricey, but it is in a great location, is a nice looking place, and delivers great product.. You get what you pay for.
Update: went to PRHYME last night for dinner. Had perhaps the best steak I've ever had. 30 day dry aged prime bone-in ribeye.. Cooked rare and enjoyed with a bottle of Orin Swift's Papillon. Erin was our server and did a beautiful job, she was very friendly and informative. Moving this from a 4.5, to a 5.
A couple of friends and I have been going downtown for the last year saving Prhyme for something special. We have agreed among ourselves that any establishment in downtown must be a cut above the rest to make it in the downtown scene. We went to Prhyme for my birthday along with my parents. For a location where you have to be a cut above the rest Prhyme was pure perfection.The atmosphere was beautiful. Temperatures were very comfortable. The food was cooked to perfection. Granted it was pricy but worth every penny. I will be back.

Mi hija y yo habíamos escuchado que este restaurante tiene excelente comida y una vista maravillosa de Vancouver y definitivamente era cierto en ambos aspectos. La ensalada de cuña era una mezcla maravillosa de dulce y salado, el cóctel de gambas estaba perfectamente hecho con una salsa picante y el pan servido estaba caliente y delicioso. El servicio de todas las personas que trabajaban allí fue profesional y servicial. La vista de la ciudad era hermosa. Haré de este restaurante un "imprescindible" en mi próxima visita.
La comida era excelente, pero nos decepcionó que no estuviéramos sentados afuera, ya que habíamos hecho la reserva con días de anticipación y telefoneamos la mañana para solicitar esto.
Best steak in town. Get either filet. Wonderful service. Expensive but worth it. Good sides, wine, deserts, and coffee. Celebrating? Go here.
