Today, while my wife was watching her hoagies being made, she noticed two female employees trying to fix a mechanical stapler right above her sandwiches. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, she took the sandwiches home. However, halfway through eating one, she discovered METAL STAPLE SHARDS inside it. She called the store to report the issue and received an apology, but no offer for a refund or replacement sandwiches. Honestly, that was the least of her concerns given the seriousness of the situation. This could have turned out much worse; thankfully, we caught it in time. I visit somewhat frequently and the people there know me by name, including the owner. The staff always greets me with a smile and brief conversation. Primo Havertown makes a great hoagie, but I return because of the people that serve me. They are the real stars. I have never had an issue at this location. I am confident that if an issue ever arose, it would be resolved immediately. It is easy to use the internet to disparage a business, rather than work together for a resolution. The most socially conscious sandwich shop in Havertown. There’s no seating available and no bags for taking your food to go. They attributed this to the township's regulations. Stand up for freedom and put an end to this!
