They offer a unique selection of items that you might not easily find elsewhere without going online. There's such a vast array of products that it can be a bit overwhelming. I was surprised to discover they serve pizza, and during my visit, I noticed many locals coming in and out. I was specifically searching for old-fashioned candy, but I found it to be overpriced compared to what you can find elsewhere. Additionally, the candy they had seemed to be imitation Chiclets, not the real thing. Meal type: Other.
Ordered a pizza and it just didn’t taste right. My daughters and I stopped eating it and threw it away. I don’t think anything went bad or they served bad food. I just think their components just made the pizza taste funny and not edible. Nice old school store with a lot of options. I will go back and try one of their subs but I’d stay away from the pizza. The restaurant is fantastic, but they really need to improve the bathroom situation. The porta-potties are quite inconvenient, especially for a place that serves food. It’s hard to wash your hands properly. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
