If I were to give a zero. We went to dinner here. ordered appetizers and entrees. Our waitress brought appetizers and was horrified. After 30 minutes we asked another waitress to check our food. Our duck orders have never been made. Sayed a manager and it basically didn't matter to her! She said my chefs are busy and do the best they can. We advised her all the other tables around us got her food. She hasn't done anything yet. Didnt offer any resolution or discount of our invoice. Never come back here. No one would recommend it. Bad service, bad administration and food moderate.
Every time we try a new restaurant, we order certain test dishes. If they get them, we will try more adventurous meals later. Pueblo Nuevo hit her out of the park. Their tacos, enchiladas and chimis are consistently excellent, and the tamales are exalted. Service is also on site, friendly and attentive, without smiling.
I absolutely love a great mole, and this restaurant certainly delivers! Their mole is fantastic and definitely the highlight of my visit. While I can't comment on much else from the menu, the mole alone is more than enough to keep me coming back. I was there...
Love Pueblo! Great food, great service! Love to go for dinner happy hour! The bartender, Gina, will take care of you with great service will hustle to get what you need! Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants bar for happy hour!

In April 2020, I had an amazing experience ordering food from Pueblo Nuevo in Hazelwood/Florissant. After picking up my order, I drove home, enjoying my sweet tea on the way. When I got home, I couldn't wait to dig into the food!
So many memories! I truly miss Pueblo and their incredible tacos, chili rellenos, and pork enchiladas with that amazing green sauce, not to mention their delicious margaritas. Wishing the Morales family all the best!

Pollo en Chipotle is amazing! Unfortunately, they will be closing next Thursday, and it's heartbreaking to see them go.
