Qdoba Mexican Eats

I placed an online order, but when I arrived to pick up my food, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. Despite seeing someone inside, I knocked and informed them of my online order. The employee seemed confused and mentioned that online orders were supposed to be turned off since they were closed, even though it was only 6:15pm. I asked what I should do since I had already paid for my food, and she advised me to call back the next day to speak with a manager for a refund. My husband has been a loyal customer at this restaurant for over ten years. However, our recent visit left us incredibly disappointed. The service we received from a young female employee was hostile and rude. She responded to our requests with unnecessary rudeness, making us feel like a burden. When we asked for a vitamin water, she gave us a regular water and when we tried to exchange it, she blamed the crowded restaurant, even though there were only three customers present. We felt disrespected and unappreciated by her attitude, and were very unhappy with our experience.

Normally it's awesome food but lately it's been not so awesome. For the love of Mexican food. Please sample your food and chips u are going to serve. I had some very stale chips and that just ruined my night. As someone that is embarrassed to complain I just put a ton of salsa to cover the nasty chips aftertaste!!!! Will be back again just need to forget about the last visit. Please keep better watch on chips going bad or atleast sample anything from day before to make sure it's still fresh

We stopped by store #140 Camp Bowie on Thursday night. All the tables were empty but almost every one needed to be wiped down. There was cheese on them. I had not been to a Qdoba before and I felt rushed to make my selections. None of the employees were wearing a mask like your website says but that didn't bother me. The young black girl that started our order seemed put out that we were there. There was no greeting and no smile. Overall the food was okay.

I was sort of confused at first on where to stand to place your order, but eventually we walked up there and I ordered their new quesadilla and let me tell you? I fell in love!! We stopped by at this place as our last resort bc our other options were packed, and I am so glad we gave them a chance and try them out!
