Wonderful ambiance and great service. But....why is everything fried!? With cloth tablecloths and heavy silverware one does not expect fried oysters with french fries, fried hush puppies and 2 bites of coleslaw. The oysters were tender, but lost their flavor with all the fried accommpiants. Why not roasted potatoes, more slaw, and rolls? I can go to Long John Silvers for this type of meal at a fraction of the cost.

We went for dinner for a friends birthday and everything was awesome. We shared the oysters to start which I thought were fantastic! My girlfriend got the redfish which was panseared with nice crust in the outside, finished in the oven to perfection. The tomato salad was generously portioned with fries okra and a hefty mozzarella ball. Everything was phenomenal!

Made reservations for a special dinner and found the restaurant packed full and noisy. The staff were slow to find a table to squeeze us in. We ultimately left after waiting to be seated and enjoyed dinner in one of the other nearby restaurants. Reserva una mesa ahora

Upscale what I would classify as French-American (with some New Orleansy twists) restaurant in Black Mountain. A number of fairly traditional dishes combined with fried seafood offerings. Excellent food and service.

We wanted some oysters and gave this place a try. The oyster bar is connected to main restaurant. Samantha was our hostess/server and did an excellent job. Food and service was great. We recommend this place.

My Favorite restaurant anywhere! The food never disappoints and the staff is fantastic! Try to sit in the bar area, the vibe is off the chain!
