First time here. Brought 4 items. Squid ball, sweet potato fries, crispy chicken and curry fish ball. The only thing acceptable was curry fish ball. Over all are too salty for everything. If you like sugar on your sweet potato fries. This is the place. I will not be coming back again. First I ate squid ball and it was bad. It's not that I don't like it. It's bad. You can tell it's not fresh and it gone bad already. Swapped with second order of curry fish ball. Then I went back to the car and start eating crispy chicken. I usually come to Quickly for a cheap/quick fix and I come with low expectations. They are in a big, but quieter plaza with plenty of parking. I have been to this location a few times it is usually not busy when I come by so I receive my order fairly quickly (no pun intended). Prices has definitely went up for this location because it was similar to the regular boba shop prices. I tried the regular bubble milk tea, jasmine milk tea, and popcorn chicken here before. I was not informed that the restaurant only accepts card payments, so when I tried to place my order, I encountered a lot of unhelpfulness. The staff was quite rude and failed to communicate this policy with me. Fortunately, a friend was able to pay for my meal with her card. However, I noticed that while we waited, my order was ready, but they were prioritizing other customers’ orders over mine, which I found very disrespectful. I ordered popcorn chicken and calamari, but the chicken was terrible—honestly, it was the worst popcorn chicken I've ever had. It had a strange smell, though the calamari was decent. I also ordered curry fish balls, but they were out of stock, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I never received it. I tried calling them, but no one answered, which is quite frustrating. I had a feeling this would happen, so I made sure to get a receipt, but they insisted they didn’t have any written proof. I should have just chosen something else instead of relying on getting my refund. Overall, the food was disappointing. I typically enjoy Quicklys, but I won’t be returning again.
I placed an order in-store tonight at 8:42 PM, and the staff confirmed my food and a free drink I earned with points. When I returned to pick up my order at 8:52 PM (they close at 9 PM), the girl turned off the lights and said they were closed. Instead of preparing my food, they issued a refund and closed early.
I tried to call the restaurant for over 15 minutes, but their phone was busy the entire time. When I finally managed to reach them to order online, I explained that I didn't have a credit card. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't help me and that was disappointing. It was quite frustrating to deal with this.
Best quickly ever had. We had Oreo milk tea and regular milk tea, both drink turn out pretty great. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes. The place looks kinda messy but can?t complain with the prices of drink and it?s taste. Will definitely come back for more drinks n snacks!

Way over priced. Jasmine milk tea was not good at all. There was no tea taste at all. It was more milk than anything. The drink was watered down and bland. The boba were either overcooked or old because it was just a big chunk that couldn't even go through the straw.
