Rabbit Rabbit Tea now features three self-order kiosks located where they used to take orders, and the bench has been removed. I've tried about seven different drinks over the years, and they’ve all been excellent. Their strawberry buckwheat tea is uncaffeinated and high quality—not watered down—and you can really taste the housemade strawberry jam. The boba they use is white, not to be confused with crystal boba. While I’m not a big fan since it lacks that brown sugar flavor, some people prefer it because it’s less sweet. Stumbled upon Rabbit Rabbit Tea after a LONG day of shopping.I ordered my usual boba order: passion fruit green tea with boba (25% sugar, 25% ice). Not a big fan of the self-order kiosk. Spotty screen.It took a lot longer than expected for the staff to pump out my drink. Seems like quite a few people had ordered beforehand.Passion fruit green tea mixed well. I could visually see the staff mixing it which provided a good tea flavor.I've had Rabbit Rabbit Tea in Hawaii, but it seems like it is a different menu. Definitely enjoy this one more.I'll be back for sure!Parking available in the garage.
I ordered the Assam Milk Tea on my first visit, keeping it simple, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The balance between tea and milk was spot on, especially with 50% sugar. However, the real highlight was the boba! Each boba was cooked to perfection and remained delightful even as they soaked. I'm not sure how they achieved that, but it’s impressive. To top it all off, they offer a cute paper rabbit nose to put on your straw for photos!
The team at Rabbit Rabbit Tea was quite unprofessional. My order was delayed by 30 minutes, and they refused to give me any estimate on when it would be ready. The menu seemed promising, but the service let the experience down.

The atmosphere is wonderful, offering a wide variety of both boba and non-boba tea choices. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I always enjoy my visits when I’m at Valley Fair.
Shame on them for charging convenience fees! The tea tasted bad and there were orange SEEDS in my drink that went up my straw that I almost ate wtf.. o__o
People working there are rude and the milk bubble tea tastes like water. Could have spent my $7 on a case of water instead, so save yours.
