Racanelli's New York Pizzeria

I came back after 4 years to try it again ,my previous experience was horrible. This time the pizza was good, well made, and the service was acceptable. The salad was tasty and decent portions. Overall, it was much better than 4 years ago when the pizza I ordered was burned, and the service was deplorable. The place was still almost empty during this visit.

I had a slice of tomato and basil pizza yesterday and it was soooooooo good! I had been craving New York style pizza. The customer service was great. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door. I'm looking forward to going back. ??? Kid-friendliness: There were kids in there. ?

The kirkwood location is fantastic. The webster location, however, is lacking hard. They like to get off work early and ignore orders an hour and a half before closing time. It's still good pizza, though. So if you like the pizza, I guess just don't order from the webster location.

I don’t care how good the pizza is, if the service sucks, which it did, I won’t be back. 25 min wait for 2 slices of pizza and folks that came in after me were getting their slices. Was told it would be five minutes when I ordered. And the pizza isn’t even that great. Reserva una mesa ahora

Quite possibly the best calzone I've ever had in my 30 years on this planet. The staff is super cool and friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stuff your face with some delicious pizza and more ?

Employees had a very poor attitude, soda machine was broken and while things like that are understandable, most places will offer alternatives. Pizza also just isn't very good.

Lived in NY my whole life moved to STL a year ago and this is the best pizza I’ve had in the STL area. Highly recommend. 10/10

I haven't been here since 2019. I was shocked at the taste of the sauce cheese. Low quality. Tasted like Totinos frozen pizza. Reserva una mesa ahora

I didn't like that no one wears gloves when touching your food. That was a complete turn off for me.

My personal favorite in St Louis however closed on Tuesday but I get it!!!
