The dining area was clean, even though the restaurant was quite busy. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet expectations. The chicken strips were tough and tasted old. The fries were stale and soggy. The fish sandwich wasn't worth the price. The bacon on the burger was either overcooked or not fresh, so I had to throw it away. Furthermore, when I attempted to fill out a survey, I encountered an error stating that my email was incorrect.
It's hard to draw a definitive conclusion after just one visit, but I found my overall experience to be quite enjoyable. The main problem I faced was having trouble hearing the responses at the drive-thru. On the brighter side, the food was delicious, and I was happily surprised to discover that dine-in options were available, something I've never encountered at a Rally's before.
The restaurant is fairly good. It has an attractive appearance from the outside, as it is relatively new. However, the line can be quite long and moves slowly. Once you reach the intercom, it takes a significant amount of time for them to process your order.

Cheese Champ always delivers! The variety family pack was fantastic, but my favorite has to be the cheese champ. Everyone in the family left feeling satisfied and happy.

love the sandwhich but its hard to be positive when they dont give me the right one, and then doordash wont help.
