I decided to try Rally's for the first time since it opened a while ago, thinking the initial rush would have died down. I was right; there were only a couple of cars in line, so the wait was pretty short. The staff member who assisted me at the drive-thru was very friendly. I ordered the Classic Mother Cruncher chicken sandwich, which was good, although I wasn't a fan of the tomato-flavored sauce on it; I would have preferred a mayo-based sauce instead. Aside from that, the sandwich was enjoyable. The seasoned fries were tasty as well. The highlight of my meal was definitely the funnel fries; they were absolutely delicious!
I visited this restaurant hoping to try something new and decided on the fully loaded fries, which seemed appealing at first. I ordered them for $3.99, expecting a generous serving topped with cheese sauce, ranch, and bacon. However, what I received was more reminiscent of a child's portion—very small and definitely not worth the price. The fries were soggy rather than crispy, and the cheese sauce was overly salty. I wouldn't order these again. While the sign claims they are famous for their fries, I can honestly say I've had much better elsewhere. Unless you want to be disappointed, I wouldn't recommend ordering them.
There was a long line when we pulled up, but it really didn't take that much time to place and get our order. Food was great, and price was reasonable. 3 people under $30. Updated 5 to 3 stars, went back a second time had coupon for signing up for rewards program that was expiring. Waited in long line only to find out that their system is not set up to take coupons. You told me to start it up on the first visit, then don't honor it, crazy!!!
I arrived towards the end of the night, and the staff member was polite and professional. The burger was quite good, although I found the chicken strips to be just average; however, my wife enjoyed them. The fries stood out and were delicious, even when they cooled off. I’d love to return and sample a few more items from the menu.

I've dined at this restaurant three times, and unfortunately, each time I've ended up with food poisoning. The visits were spaced six months apart, so it's concerning. I suspect it might be the grease they use, but I'm not entirely sure. I definitely do not recommend this place.
The mozzarella sticks were way too salty. However, the mushroom burger was packed with mushroom flavor, which I enjoyed since I love mushrooms. The Funnel Cake Fries were outstanding; I would definitely come back just for those fries.
The chicken bites were extremely hard, one of the fries was still partially frozen in the middle, and the lettuce was brown, necessitating its removal from both sandwiches.
Told to pull around front and was forgotten recieved my soda and that was it.drove off after 30 minutes .lame people worst burger place ever.
