Ralph's Famous Italian Ice

First thing I asked was what product they have that are gluten free, egg free and diary free. The lady said the water ice. I asked if all the flavors do not have diary, wheat and egg. She said yes. My son chose the chocolate ice. After a taste, he told me he had an allergy reaction. I went back to the lady to confirm there is no allergens mentioned in the ice, and I also asked what scoop did she use, if she used the scoop that was used for other thing. The first thing she said was, you didn 't tell me about the allergies. You didn 't say you have allergies. I replied that is why I asked what product do not have the three allergens I mentioned. Best Italian ice! The flavors are amazing. Service is quick and the staff are always super nice. Some flavors are not always available but there's so many to choose from you'll find one you'll love no problem!

Long time employee Julia Petry has the worst attitude. She?s a 30 year old having arguments with the 15 year old coworkers. It?s a shame because the ices/ice cream are good but she makes me not want to go.
