I really never say anything negative about a person , thing or business . I was very upset when I went to Ralph?s ices where I usually go . I ordered a quart of iced I asked for three or four cups for my ices. They said they didn?t have the soft papercups . I said okay please give me 4 hard small cups . They said no . I stated I am willing to pay for the cups . They said no ?Ihade to drop of my son in syosset . We then went to Ralph?s in syosset . No concern to get the extra cups and no charge for them. The best part they are less money for dessert than Plainview . We will be going out of our way to go to syosset . You mightwant to do the same thing . Bye Plainview hello syosset.
Ordered a twister with twist soft serve and chocolate caramel cup ice. They didn?t have the ice and they claimed they called me but the call didn?t go through.. I had my phone waiting since I knew they were out of so many flavors but was unsure of this onein particular. They used chocolate ice and added caramel sauce. Then I also asked for twist soft serve and all they gave me waschocolate and they claimed it didn?t say twist on the order, but on the print out copy they stapled to the bag it very clearlysays twist. Will not be ordering again from this location.
This Ralphs location closes over an hour before they are supposed to, almost every night. I have gone there 4 different times within the month and they were closed at 10pm and refused to serve us while employees were still in the store. I have called aswell, to clarify what their hours are and they said 10:30. I went there at 9:45 one night and they had already closed thewindow. I mean like cmon
We stopped in for a quick cone. Had to try Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices! My waif had the Tutti Frutti and I had the Savanna Socialite. Mine was good, but overly sweet such that it was hard to discern the quality of the flavors. But the Tutti Frutti was very good and unusual. I would recommend the Tutti Frutti and perhaps skip some of the others??

I really enjoy Ralph's, but as summer approaches, they may need to consider hiring more staff, as it often takes at least 20 minutes to be served.
The finest ice cream in New York! They have an extensive selection of flavors. The only drawback is that they should operate year-round!
