I had heard lots of reviews about this place so ordered some takeaway. I don 't like chicken satay that is just pressed steamed chicken on a stick in a plastic container with a separate plastic container containg very little dry supposedly satay sauce--but maybe that 's just a taste thing. Other entree--the mixed entree also had a chicken satay stick included but no sauce--presumably I had to share mine. The spring roll was uninspiring as was the curry puff. The mains we ordered had fresh vegetables and good flavour but didnt really make up for the sub standard entrees. Be careful what you order to avoid dissapointment.
This place has gone down hill. The sauces are now very thin and the chicken was tough. Ordered the Thai Kitchen Lamb and the meat was like cubes of rock. Literally couldn't chew it. Only thing that was ok were the entrees (spring rolls, curry puffs, fish cakes). The place is super noisy which makes it difficult to talk at all. Sadly, what was the best Thai in the area is now off the list of restaurants for us and having spoken to a few local friends who's experience with the food was similar to ours I think they need to rethink how things are being done if they want to keep their customers.
I love this place!!. The food, whether dining in or take away is always fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is the restaurant is good and its perfect for an intimate meal or a large gathering. I have eaten in a few times but usually go for take way or delivery. The food is always hot, fresh and full of flavour.
Phoned order through at 6.20 it took almost 2hrs to arrive despite 3 calls to chase up and being told its 10 mins away and food was cold and meat was tough. When I called for the 3rd time I was told 'we are very busy ' if so why lie and tell me it would be 40 mins. Tell the truth. Won 't be going back.
