The staff here are always friendly whenever I visit. A few weeks ago, my son helped an elderly lady in her 80s by holding the door open for her as she left and then opened her car door to assist her inside. When we entered the cafe, all the employees were standing there smiling, telling me they had witnessed the entire gesture. It really touched their hearts, and they rewarded him with a free cookie of his choice. This is my favorite spot for frappes and strawberry cheesecakes. I'm not usually a big cheesecake fan, but theirs are truly the best!
Rao's is undoubtedly one of my favorite restaurants, but my visit yesterday was quite disappointing. Although the service is usually exceptional, Brett gave a negative impression to my group. He was unhelpful and rude, which was surprising. Furthermore, my food seemed to be prepared below the restaurant's usual standards. I truly hope this was just a one-time issue, as I really enjoy dining at Rao's.
I bought a VooDoo king cake from Rao’s, and I was really disappointed. It was extremely dry and had very little filling. I don’t think it was worth the $35 price tag at all. Honestly, it was just dry, dry, dry! Did I mention how dry it was? It felt like they ran out of ingredients while making it. I won't be buying this again!
As a first-time visitor, I was really impressed! It reminds me of the bakery cafes in Quebec. The setup is fantastic, and there's a wonderful variety of items to choose from. I went for the oversized cream cheese blueberry muffins and some Italian cream ice cream.

We got breakfast croissants and coffee to go. The croissants were okay, and the coffee was a bit watered down. The cakes and cookies and other treats looked amazing though. If you are craving something sweet I would definitely recommend this place.
Can my son have a cup cake. You 're total is.... Wait! The rest of my family and I would like to order something too. What 's the hurry?!? Sheesh! Little girl, if you don 't feel like working, say so and go home. Terrible service with a capital T.
Raos is definitely a favorite among my friends and me. We love the coffee shop vibe, which makes it the perfect spot for everything from Bible study sessions to intimate one-on-one conversations.
I’m so sorry that I have to leave a bad review because the people were super nice and helpful but the desserts are flavorless and I just can’t get past that

The service was good. The cookies are great. They don't label or put prices on anything so you have to ask what everything is and its price
