Rare Steakhouse - Reserva de mesa

We were taking my sister and bro-in-law for their 40th anniversary. We chose rare because we have had good experiences. But not last night. Do not let them put you in the library! It was so dark we could barely see each other and even though we asked our server to fix it and she tried twice management obviously didn’t agree. We had a bottle of wine that was over chilled and never warmed to release flavor. They never offered to decant. We were told they decreased the wine storage and it has been a problem since. Portion for the money wasn’t great on crab legs. 4 small legs. Ambiance was lacking. Over engaged by waiter at times and neglected at other times. Steak was taken away to be wrapped by other staff and wasn’t in our bag when we got home. Salads were not good. Steak was severely burnt on outside. Total bill for two 375 including tip. Not worth the costs. Won’t be back.

We booked our table early. Waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu. They gave us 2 glasses of complimentary champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Steak was OK but not the way I ordered it. I chose not to send it back and just give the waiter feedback. He was nice but defensive. For the price we paid I would not go back.

Lobster bisque was one of the best I've ever had. Ribeye steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. Meal marred by caramelised onions just being a wet mush. Service everyone, but especially server Ryan) was exemplary. Reserva una mesa ahora

Outstanding service in a beautiful elegant setting.. could not fault the food.. perfectly cooked NY strip Japanese Wagyu. Server was able to give valued advice regarding the wines available.

Everything was great AS ALWAYS but the only issue was I booked through open table and used points and never received my discount. Disappointing.
