Saturday night at Rare650 is like an orchestra of perfection! The continuous hustle and bustle of all of the staff and managers weaving throughout the dining room and paying detailed attention to their guests, is both fascinating and impressive. It’s a uniquely enjoyable dining experience which is what keeps us going back over and over again. Rare650 never disappoints us! My dry aged rib steak was cooked to perfection and tasted so delicious because of the marbleization of the meat and the roasted rib eye bone. It was my husband and I’s first night out since we had our baby 11 months ago. Rare did not disappoint! Our waiters Steve Andres Chef Bobby hit the mark and made our night perfect. The Burrata, calamari, triple spicy tuna roll the chicken dumplings still make my mouth water writing this review. Each completely different taste profiles yet every one fresh, prepared to perfection and delicious. Our main course was our go to Cajun Ribeyes…. Nothing like it at ANY place! Cooked to a perfect Med-Rare with just the right amount of char ITS A MUST TRY! Rare still remains at the top of our favorite restaurants on the island every single time we dine here the staff and food do not disappoint!

This is our 2nd year coming to Rare650 to celebrate our anniversary. The staff is superb, attentive and professional. The sushi rolls are excellent as a starter. I had the sirloin steak and it was cooked to perfection, my wife had the scallops. No complaints for either. I always go with the maple old fashioned but they have a wide variety of house cocktails to choose from. Yes you will spend more here but the experience is top notch.

My husband and I order octopus at every restaurant and this was probably the worst appetizer of octopus we’ve ever had. It was so tough that we couldn’t cut through it. My husband’s steak was over cooked and his drinks were mixed up. The sushi roll we ordered was outstanding. Our waiter was great. Not as good as I remember it being though overall.

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. We made reservations a week out and we’re seated near the bar Instead the main dining area when asked I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes and it’s loud in the dining room. If I wanted a pub experience I would have gone to a pub. Our waiter was not experienced and the drinks were just horrible.

Excellent steakhouse. The sirlion with bernaisse sauce on the side was perfectly cooked. My guest had excellent scallops. Save room for the delicious chocolate Rare 650 cake. Very nice selection of wines by glass or bottle. Attentive, professional service.
