We are rooting for this place, as I know a lot of HP is, but for all of the talk about the importance of community, it lacks a welcoming atmosphere. During our many visits, the staff interactions have been neutral at best, and some are rather unfriendly. I speak for many friends and colleagues who have had similar experiences. It’d be great to create a warmer, more welcoming energy here to grow and deepen community support. Food: 3
Walked in...was seated...got ignored...went to host stand and grabbed a menu...waited...and finally asked a server if we could be waited on...he asked did you check in with the host stand. I said yes, and no one would wait on us. So, we just left! Damn rude! I will NEVER go back or recommed this place to anyone!!!!
