Real Fruit Bubble Tea

4:05 pm feb 10,2022,not a good customer service,I have checked the self-order screen with my two children and it is not working,but the coworker or perhaps the owner the way he speaks so boss and said that it does not work,they come on the counter,so went on the counter and try to choose our order and ask them think me and my children what is their ordering I hope they will consider my suggestion because the other has an excellent customer service! I feel like I'm in the third state!

I would have rated 5 star if i didnt wait for my order for over 10 minutes. I thought ordering in the kiosk will make me get my order faster but nope. I was ahead for like 5 or 6 people who ordered and they got theirs first. But anyways the drink was good. The store was clean and the staffs are nice.

two mango beverages ordered by the front kiosk for faster collection. both drinks were made within a few minutes with warm, friendly customer service from the team?. Drinks were super tasty with tapioca and pure mango kisses?? many thanks!

it is hot inside, noisy, order line is out of control, cashiers can not hear about the loud music. our orders ended with a baptism of ingredients missing that we asked in our drinks and the lid was not right and left out.

I always come here and today I only needed a hot cup of water. a bigger man with glasses gave me a cup. the service here is always great and everyone is always friendly and friendly.
