I had such a horrible experience revisiting this place yesterday with my friend. We both order an iced espresso and milk and sweetener. After taking the first sip we realized it wasn't to our liking and instantly changed our mind and kindly asked for an alternative since one cup wasn't cheap $6) you want to obviously enjoy what you're drinking. Instead of valuing customer experience and giving us something to look forward to come back to, the lady working the register short boy cut hair) told us if we want a replacement we need to pay for it and that she'll meet us at the register.... I wanted a mid-day pick-me-up and this did absolutely nothing for me. It was a weak latte that pretty much tasted like oat milk. Sorry, not sorry. I was shopping and came across this place. I wasn't looking for it, yet it appeared so, I took that as a sign to try this place out. Good service but yeah, my latte didn't standout. This location is a kiosk, near Hollister and you definitely can't miss it. The branding is in your face but I love when you can easily see the signage; hence it got my attention. Lol.
As a devoted fan of the Reborn Coffee chain, I couldn't resist trying this location during my recent trip to Glendale Galleria. Although the menu was somewhat more limited than the other stores I've visited, the coffee did not disappoint. I ordered my usual mocha and was quite satisfied with it. Keep in mind that this is a grab-and-go kiosk with no tables or seating available.

The latte I tried was quite mediocre. I ordered the Blueberry Matcha Latte with almond milk, and I was really let down. The blueberry flavor was too strong, completely overpowering the matcha, which was barely noticeable. Overall, the drink felt very watered down.
Was my favorite coffee spot in the mall, until the new young punk (male) they hired refused me service because I didn't have a mask. Most of the people are walking around without masks. Haven't been back since. Too bad I really liked their lavender sweetener.
This place serves the best coffee around! Steve really knows his stuff—his hazelnut almond latte is the best I’ve ever had. The Changa coffee is fantastic too! Plus, the branding is really cool.
Gus is a natural and understands coffee. He did me a favor and warmed up milk for my one year son. I appreciate Gus!!!
