Restaurant was freezing advised waiter he agreed. He told Mgr 15 minutes still cold advised not staying if heat doesn't come on. Ordered bowls of soup to warm up received cups. Rude Mgr Brian w bad attitude says he will move us to warmer section like doing us a favor stating heat is on.Really other customers sitting w coats on??He was carrying 2 meals he gave us they were not ours. Lobster bisque was awful. Salty I couldn't even eat it. No seafood in it. They upcharged me 14.99 for a small steak. Shrimp were mushy not firm and crunchy. Paid 47 dollars for a meal that wasn't worth it at all.
The food was amazing and the waiters and waitresses was great. On Wednesday nights they have steak and lobster tail dinner for only $20.00. The steak was delicious and flavorful and the lobsters was sweet.

Sarafina was our waitress. She was very courteous, polite and attentive! She made our dining experience a wonderful one!!
Tried the new shrimp Rangoon appetizer. Ask for the spicy sauce on the side. If you don't like spice.
