Got there around 3pm. Looked over menu and waited a while for server. Finally ordered a beer and strawberry lemonade. Also wanted crispy brussel sprouts. Server said the supplier didn't bring. Ugh We waited 10 mins or more for drinks and the biscuits were barely warm. Disappointed and server appeared in a mood, kinda mocked me for saying I didn't like mushrooms. Again a long time before food arrived. My strawberry lemonade was weird, too heavy on the syrup. I've had it there before and much better. I will say the food was hot and tasted good. Went there for endless shrimp deal. Waiter was wonderful the server that brought my second round of shrimp ruined my experience completely by sneezing as he got to my table and then attempted to serve me the same food he contaminated all I was offered by management was a free desert . At that point I didn't even want to eat there. How do u attempt to serve me food u sneezed on no mask, no covering your month!! Paid over $50 for 1 round of endless shrimp for me and my daughter

Great, service...the host was very polite and sweet. I believe our server was Karen. She was very attentive, very patient, and sweet. She was serving a lot of tables at once and still made sure we had everything we needed. The food on the other hand was extremely salty and flavorless. They put WAY TOO much butter on just about everything. That is the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

The food was great. The specials are always helpful and awesome. But for some reason, the people who sat behind us were treated better than us. I saw 4 different people serving them. Even manager came out to sing them happy birthday. Yet, I couldn't get my water or my kids refills nor my husband get his tobacco sauce at all. Took forever to get our all-you-can-eat shrimp. I do not understand why they wouldn't include cocktail sauce in a delivery order it is incredibly frustrating because no restaurants in a post covid world include condiments. 12 grilled shrimp and nothing to dunk it in, unless I paid $6 additional on grubhub seems as something you should include with grilled shrimp. The only aspect I didn't care for was the tank full of lobsters. However, Susie, the bartender, was fantastic! The snow globe sangria was the most delicious drink I've had in quite a while, and it was beautifully presented. And let’s not forget the cheddar biscuits—simply irresistible!

Loved the food and ambience. It was my first time to red Lobster, so played safe with the food choices. Ordered garlic shrimp skewers , crab stuffed shrimp rangoon. Cheddar bay biscuits were top notch. Just loved them
