I hadn't visited this restaurant in some time and was in the mood for a bite to eat. The food was decent—good, but nothing extraordinary. However, the server truly stood out and made the experience worthwhile. Without him, the meal would have been just another forgettable one. He was energetic and engaging, elevating the overall dining experience. While I'd still consider stopping by for a burger and soda even without him, it would have felt more like just a meal rather than an enjoyable experience.
The highlight of my experience today was definitely my server! Janissa (also known as Nissa) was absolutely fantastic! She embodied everything you could hope for in a server. Her amazing personality and infectious energy made my dining experience truly memorable—it's been a long time since I've encountered such great service. While the food was tasty, the service was genuinely a 10 out of 10! I really hope they see this because she deserves a big shout-out!
Out of a party of four two of us ordered the chili... we'd never ordered it before but didn't think the chili was actually finished being prepared... it was just meat and beans, some onions and spices, there was no sauce to it whatsoever... it was lukewarm and it did not look anything like the picture on the menu or online. It was not invitingly reddish brown like tomatoes and spices it was just cooked meat Brown. However, my side salad was fresh and crisp.
Terrible obviously the people that work there have no lives. I just left there and had to be escorted out by ems because I work midnights and happened to close my eyes for a few seconds and they literally called an ambulance on me ridiculous y’all need to hire employees that have lives and don’t call feds on people because their tired lol clowns

Wrap was missing ingredients. Also for years I was able to swap out the birthday burger for a wrap. I'm not sure what the difference is but most recently I have been told I'm unable to do that. The Whiskey River chicken wrap is the only thing I eat there. I have spend the $5min to get the bday reward so why can't I swap for a wrap??
I visited the restaurant a few days ago after a few months away, and unfortunately, the food didn't taste as good as I remembered. It also left me feeling unwell, though I'm not sure what they included in the dishes. I probably won't return for quite some time.
Recently I dined here with a group of people for the first time. I ate the fish and chips, the fish was terrible, crispy on the outside and hard, soft, and whatever on the inside. I'm thinking this is the place to dine if you want a burger and beer
If you need to be gluten free don’t go here they have a separate fryer for gluten free fries but the waitress never takes it serious and always gives the regular fries..also the place is filthy like clean the walls of the booths

Slowest place on Earth don't ever order a carryout. Place my order at 12:16 p.m. didn't receive it until 1:11 p.m. and it was only two salads. That should tell you all you need to know about this place.
So friendly! Very fast service even though it was 6pm and busy. Our waitress was Kenzie and she was super!
