I took my granddaughter to Red Robin in Santa Maria to celebrate her 8th birthday. Since I'm a member and usually get a free meal on my birthday, I asked the waiter if they offered a birthday dessert for her. He mentioned they have ice cream, but after our meal, no one brought it out or made any special acknowledgment. I was hoping they'd make her feel special like they did a few years ago, but the service felt really lackluster this time. It’s disappointing—birthdays don’t feel fun or special here anymore, and it seems like nobody cares.
All good. Couple of suggestions. I know that this is an informal, kid-friendly place. Great beer menu. kid and individual pizzas brilliant. Fish and Chips surprisingly good. The Yukon Chips are a winner. Way ahead of most fast-food schlock. But inCalifornia wine country, having only two whites and one red, then running out of one of the whites is just a littleembarrassing. Next, the machine on the table where you pay and leave comments. The user interface is a joke.
We really enjoyed all the food we had. However, we were a bit disappointed that our onion rings didn't come with any sauces. One of us had ordered a special side of campfire sauce for their own fries but generously shared it with the group, yet it still wasn't quite enough. Despite that, you can't go wrong with Red Robin. It's definitely one of our favorite places to order from!
Just came from there. Asked at the door if they had take out. They said yes and that it would be 15 minutes. I did not have my watch and finally asked what was going on because it seemed like a longer than 15 minute time and they went and got it andbrought it out to me for a total of 55 minutes. It was great food but why would I ever go back?

Very sad once again when I order something and it looks like this. I requested no carrots or Yukon chips and these is what I received. These wings were over cooked and missing the Blu cheese crumble and the ranch dressing. This is not worth the $17...what a shame money wasted, although Everything else was good.
Red Robin consistently does an excellent job of accommodating our requests, whether adding or removing items. The Madlove Burger is absolutely delicious, and my son has also become a big fan of the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap. I always get campfire sauce for my fries because it’s fantastic!
Me and my girlfriends favorite place, it's a wonderful atmosphere to sit and talk while getting a few drinks, of course the best items on the menu are the burgers but if you visit every other week or so you might find a new favorite ????
Good place to eat in the Santa Maria Mall for dinner or before going to the theater. Prices are on the higher than expected side, but not outrageous. TVs are everywhere, easy to catch the game. I love their mozzarella sticks.

The Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap was dry. The Clucks Fries were all batter, hardly chk. No Red Robin seasoning on the fries (our fav part)! We requested ranch and BBQ sauce and did not get it.
I would have given five stars if they had provided any of their signature seasoning. However, everything else is really very good!
