Several months ago, we had decided we were never going to Red Robin again because the one closest to our home, the one on S Havana St, had such horrible service, it wasn't worth it. We had gotten the same server 3 times in a row, and she was awful. Then one day, we decided to give them another try, but at the one at Cornerstar. We were seated in the area with the bar, and we got Bree as our server. This young woman is on the ball. We have had her 2 times now, and both times, the service was excellent. We love their food, so we are really happy to have Red Robin back on our list of go-to restaurants.
The restaurant was short staffed on cooks but also the wait staff seemed to be plenty. Just felt off. Had ordered two salads and asked for no croutons, both of them came with croutons. Asked for extra chicken and got charged for it but no extra chicken. It just seemed like the salad was thrown in a plate and was already mixed up for me. Weird and sad.
The burgers my family and I had were really good. The fries could have been fresher, as they seemed to have been sitting for a bit, but overall, everything was enjoyable. I would definitely return.
The seasoning on the food was quite inconsistent, and none of the burgers arrived at the correct temperature. However, the service was excellent—very friendly and prompt.

Nice place. Very clean. My daughter loves it here for her birthday. We all love the free fries for cranky kiddos. The burgers and pizza are ok.
Our server Alexis took excellent care of us! She was very attentive and kind. Amazing experience. We will definitely return!
They can get really busy so pick a slow time or go in knowing that they get slammed sometimes.
Average burger....the meat is a little suspect as it was soft mushy not like real beef.
