No matter what location, everyone is always super friendly, fast and super helpful. This time I ordered my groundless salad first before my meal and my drink. I took my main meal home. Your salad is simply really refreshing and delicious. You always ask if I want to take my strawberry limonade home to which I always say yes. They gave me and my husband more food than any restaurant I've ever been. We ended with 30%. You were just so good. I am grateful that our regular restaurant was closed by chance today, because Red Robin was so quick to sit and visit us every step of the way. I love this place. The customer service is consistently pleasant, no matter where I go. I've given you 5 stars because the issues I've encountered are related to the app, which is frustrating. I lost some points, and honestly, the burgers taste even better when you get one for free at the end, but unfortunately, the app isn't working for me. I can't even enter my phone number to access my profile. It's not the restaurant's fault, so please keep up the great work! I apologize for not including a picture of the amazing burgers; I tried to take one, but I just couldn't put it down!
Always received great service. Great food! my family and I come here often. There was a new host today (7/14/2022 6pm), dark hair with purple or green streaks horrible customer service. We treat everyone with respect. I asked if she could getsomeone to please clean the greasy seat. She seemed bothered she ignored me as I said, excuse me to get her attention. Iwould have wiped the seat myself if she gave me a towel and cleaning spray.
The food was amazing, all burgers juicy and delicious. Thats what we are in our visit. The alcoholic drinks were also good and cheap compared to all surrounding bars. The atmosphere was nice and the service good as were very attentive and aware. I didnt feel ignored at all, the place is very well run and managed.

I highly recommend the Bonzai Burger! The combination of pineapple and teriyaki sauce is simply amazing! The chocolate malt shake is also absolutely the best... some things just don't change, and they definitely shouldn't! I've been a huge Red Robin fan for 20 years!
Ordered through Active Menu, and was simple and easy. If you make a decent amount of changes to your orders usually thus would probably be the way to order. When picking up, everything was hot and there were no mistakes to the order! Smooth and easy

The burger with a drink and bottomless fries all for $10 was a great deal. I was very surprised. The service was excellent to the point of being old fashion where they were bringing you fries and sodas before you even asked for more.

Always like to order mushroom burger during my birthday at other location but this time it's a bit dry and less mushroom. It took a while to track down a staff for a second order of bottomless fries.
