Used drive through. Had 3 people take offer to take the order. Eventually had order taken Had a chips, chicken and gravy roll heaps of gravy and some chips. Had to search out the chicken. Looked nothing at all like the photo. The roast roll no peas. Hardly any chicken, heaps of gravy and pumpkin. Was total yuck. Waited for ages for this awful food. I have learn my lesson. Then hit the huge cant miss it pot hole on the way out.
The Red Rooster store outside of the Shopping Center has polite and friendly Customer Service with hot fresh food. Can't fault them. The Red Rooster store in the Food Court of the Shopping Center is has been disappointing with both food and Customer Service
The chips are either not fresh or over-salted. The wraps and rippers are just thrown together with way too much sauce. Too many bad experiences for me to go back. And there's a giant pothole in the Drive thru.

Standard tasting menu with average service by teenagers. Seems to be the norm across the fast food industry which is why I very rarely visit.
Easy to park. Clean inside and outside of restaurant. Friendly service. Cheap snack offers. And quick to order and get our food
