I've lost 60 pounds in the past three months following the keto diet, and the wide range of keto options at Redefine is the main reason I've been able to stick with it for so long. I've tried other meal prep companies, but the fresh meals from Redefine are far better than the cheap, flash-frozen options from Nutrisystem and other national brands. Their online service is excellent, but I personally enjoy visiting in person to pick up ten meals at once. I’m also excited to try the rest of their menu once I decide to change my diet!
My favorite meal prep spot on Long Island! I absolutely love the hibachi chicken and hibachi steak, accompanied by chicken dumplings. With my hectic schedule, Redefine Meals has become essential for me in maintaining my fitness goals.
