There's nothing to put out here. the location is bombastic styled, the personal professional and friendly and the foods are of very high quality. therefore five stars. this local has been attributed to the meat. a special low-garting process is used here “sous vide”. the meat is so fried on the point. the restaurant is connected to a metzgerei as well as a gelateria. In addition to excellent, self-made desserts, a large variation of interesting egg variations are offered. also the operators organize some culinary special evenings in the year. Conclusion: a very nice culinary experience and therefore highly recommended.

as after every visit in the bear in bouncing, we now discover this locally with very satisfied and good feeling! as a starter we decided for the classic and vegetarian tatar, the latter being a surprisingly tasty alternative to the right meat. the service was as always excellent, the chefin was always personally encountered despite a large high-time society and took time for the individual guests.The appropriate and recommended wein and the warm schoggiküchlein with passionsfruit as dessert rounded off the evening perfectly. by :)

the reception was nice and we got recommended and the instruction kindly communicated. cool idea with brot and butter self-service. Here's meat. everything else vide prepared, various meats. great waiting for the required point, with various vegetables and saturation supplements, well tasted. sauces are added separately. the recommended wine was delicious and not expensive at all. reservation im sämlinge, is great location, rinderfilet super delicate, lamb very tasty.

the flesh was good and plentiful. the ambiente modern but not cozy. the service pointed out clearly mist, although we were served by the chefin. if I pay over 120 chf for a cote de boeuf, then I expect a more professional service that will not only explain to me when the brot would be found and I have to refill the glasses myself and wait for the service for a long time. we were four times here and were all satisfied. the ambiente is thriving and cozy. the service is out friendly and courteous. one is made aware of the facts and some specialities of the house are explained. they were all excellent. you realize that a metzgerei belongs to the house.Here you feel that you are welcome as a hospitable. we'll be back.

we were eating in the bear on 28.01.2017 in the evening.The meat was as desired, the made pasta, the wine, the dessert and the service was the hammer. the service was attentive and very sympathetic. Thank you very much. I was the first time there but certainly not the last time.

we were two in this restaurant. the food was wonderful, the service unfortunately a little too slow. what has disturbed us personally was the background music where was not suitable and too loud. but in the big and whole very nice restaurant and we will come back.

we have chosen the restaurant bears for a birthday party and did not regret it. it has a beautiful garden seat. the food was excellent, the service was very nice. we weren't here for the last time. Best thanks

grill and pasta, wonderful salad, the meat was excellent, perfectly fried. the spar ribs are wonderful. the weeping surprisingly and good.
