Restaurant Bar Sushi Sogen

During my visit, I tried a few items, starting with the 9-piece sashimi plate. While the taste was acceptable, it was somewhat underwhelming, particularly regarding the selection of fish. Next, I had the specialty maki, called Kanji Supaishi. It was intriguing, especially the no-rice soy wrap, but I found the addition of sliced strawberries puzzling. Their flavor didn't complement the maki, and aesthetically, they felt out of place. I also sampled the sweet shrimp sashimi, which was a bit disappointing. Do not order delivery from Sogen. We have tried ordering from them twice. They say the order will take no longer than 1 hour. The first time we ordered delivery it took 1:20 to get the food. The second time we ordered, it took 1:55 to get our order. Almost 2 hours to get the food!!! If you are ready to wait to get your food then go for it. If you’re hungry, don’t order delivery from Sogen.

Absolutely delicious, we tried the Omakase special which consists of the chef that surprises us with different services of food!
