The food was OK, but it was not (repeat NOT) authentic Mexican food. We were given a choice between salads and gazpacho. Gazpacho is a Spanish soup, so it failed the authenticity test right there. The tomatoey “gazpacho” soup we had was watery, oily, and chunky. Nice try. No cigar. The enchiladas didn’t even come close to the real thing, and we are talking light-years here. The meat was wrapped in flour tortillas that were crisped on a griddle, then garnished with a small splash of sauce that tasted like spaghetti sauce. If you are hungry hungry hungry for yummy Mexican food, don’t come here.
Fuimos a cenar el sábado un grupo de 13 personas (con reserva previa). Esperamos 1 hora y media a que llegara la comida, si es que podía llamarse así. Raciones ridículas (fajitas) a precio desorbitado, patatas refritas, pollo recalentado y mal servicio. Pagamos 570chf y nos sentimos estafados. Por otro lado, los platos no tienen nada de mexicanos. No se acerquen!
Atmosphere very good. Food was less than Mexican. They need to learn how to make fresh salsa (Pico de gallo) and real Guacamole dip. Fajitas super mix does not all need to be in same sauce, loses it's individuality. Maybe some cheese next time for the Fajitas? Having eaten California and Colorado Mexican food Taco Bell would be better than this place.
Joli petit restaurant mexicain, bien décoré, avec une petite terrasse à l'avant et une beau jardin-terrasse à l'arrière. Le personnel est très sympa et très avenant. Les plats sont bons, frais et préparés avec beaucoup de soins. Etablissement vivement recommandé..

We just had dinner at Cactus and really enjoyed the atmosphere, the kind and proactive service and last but not least the delicious enchiladas, etc... When in Neuchâtel, just give it a try!
Great Mexican restaurant for Switzerland but of course if you come from the US it won' t meet your expectations. Went there on Saturday night; Had a great Mariacchi.
The buritos and homemade cold teas were excellent. The setting is pleasant and the terrace refreshing. I'll be back
very warm welcome, the waitresses were very friendly, the dishes were very good and the cold mint tea was excellent
