...es ist immer Spitze! Der schön beschattete Garten ist bis zum letzten Platz besetzt. Es fällt positiv auf, dass im du Jura nicht am Service Personal gespart wird. Schnell wird uns unser Tisch zugewiesen und der Aperitif serviert. Das Essen wie immer hervorragend aus frischen Zutaten mit viel Liebe zubereitet und mit Kreativität angerichtet. Was besser werden könnte? Der Koch läutet sein Glöckchen doch sehr penetrant, wenn nicht sofort jemand vom Service reagiert, das nervt auf die Dauer bei einem Sitzplatz in der Nähe des Eingangs. Aber das ist definitiv Gejammer auf höchstem Niveau...
Having recently visited the Restaurant du Jura, my first impression was that it seems like an institution. The large garden, which is tastefully covered with sun sails, is full with families enjoying a Sunday lunch. The restaurant specializes in local fish there are a few dishes with three types of different fish. I had the trout with chanterelles unusual combination, but delicious. Their selection of local wines (Chasselas) is also nice and shows off the best of what canton Vaud has to offer. The service is quick, friendly and competent.
Hier ist das Essen vorzüglich, ich hatte das Carpacio vom Palée. Das Iberico Schwein war sehr Knusprig aber leider ein wenig zu durch. Die Dessertvariation wieder sehr fein. Das Mousse au Basilic hätte ich als Haupspeise essen können. Das Restaurant war voll und die Bedienung hatte viel zu tun, trotzdem wurden wir freundlich bedient. Leider hat die Bedienung zeitweise ein wenig die Übersicht verlohten.
They have two rooms with very different atmospheres. Not knowing that they do not accept dogs we had to change rooms when we arrived. Perfectly understandable. Unfortunately the tartare is not tasted before being served and I was not asked if I wanted it spicy or not. It was therefore far too peppery. Otherwise I am perfectly satisfied with my visit.

When you are in the neighbourhood of the lac Neuchatel , La Broye, a visit worthwhile to stop at this family run restaurant set in an oasis garden with surprisingly delicious food ! if not welcomed by the charming hostess owner Annick, all the staff is equally professional and friendly. Tasty food superbly presented ... a hidden gem !
Warm place and perfect service. Gourmet dishes, perfect appetizers, top desserts. We're going to go back
